Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and complete interior home renovations that update layout, storage, and finishes. Exterior remodeling and residential improvements cover framing, trim, entry doors, and structural repairs found once demolition opens the walls.
Learn More
Drywall installation, drywall repair, and drywall replacement on interior walls and ceilings damaged by water, settling, or age. Seams are taped, finished, and sanded smooth, so the new paint goes on without visible flaws.
Learn More
Interior painting and exterior painting on walls, trim, doors, cabinets, and weathered wood surfaces. Every surface is scraped, patched, and primed before spray or brush application, which is why the finish holds its color.
Learn More
Vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and wood siding installed, replaced, or repaired on residential property exteriors. Panels are cut, sealed, and fastened tight, so your home resists wind, moisture, and harsh Connecticut winter conditions.
Learn More
Roof installation, roof replacement, roof repair, roof maintenance, and roof inspections on residential properties. Damaged shingles, flashing, and weak spots are located first, then corrected before water reaches the attic and the living space.
Learn More
Pressure washing and power washing on driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways, decks, and exterior surfaces. Dirt, algae, mildew, stains, and buildup come off under controlled pressure, without etching concrete or damaging the surface material underneath.
Learn MoreCall or send the form. We visit the property, measure the space, and price the scope at no cost.
You receive a written scope with materials, phases, and a start date. Nothing begins until the numbers are approved.
The crew protects the work area, then follows the sequence until every phase of the project is fully complete.
We walk the finished work with you, correct any punch list items, and clean the entire site before leaving.
Remodeling, drywall, painting, siding, roofing, and washing are self-performed. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor, so schedules hold and quality stays consistent.
Every project is a house, not a commercial build. Methods, materials, and scheduling are set up around families living in the house.
Roofing goes on before siding. Drywall is finished before paint. Running phases in the right order prevents rework and protects the budget.

It depends on the size of the kitchen, the layout changes, and the materials you pick. We won't quote a number over the phone without seeing the space. The walkthrough and the written estimate are free, so there's no risk.
Usually yes, if the work touches plumbing, electrical, or structure. Permit rules are set by your town, not by the state, so requirements change from one town to the next. We'll tell you what your project needs during the estimate.
A drywall repair can be done in a day. A bathroom takes a few weeks, and a full kitchen takes longer. You'll get a phase by phase schedule with the written estimate, so you know exactly what happens each week.
We cover twenty towns in Fairfield, Hartford, and New London counties. That includes the shoreline towns and the Hartford suburbs. If your address sits just outside that list, call anyway. We'll tell you straight if we can get out there.
Repair patches a section of wall: a hole, a water stain, or a cracked seam. Replacement means the board comes out and new sheets go in. That's the call when moisture, mold, or old damage has gotten into the material.
Exterior work runs best from late spring through fall. Paint and caulk need warm, dry days to cure properly. Interior painting and drywall run year round. Winter is a good time to book inside projects. Roofing follows the same window.
